Peanut Butter Apple Wrap

Ingredients

small (6 inch) whole grain tortilla

small Granny Smith apple (thinly sliced)

tbsp. peanut butter or almond butter

cup low-fat granola (optional)
1-2
tbsp. sunflower seeds

Directions

Warm up the tortilla in the microwave for 10–20 seconds

Spread 1 tbsp. peanut or almond butter on the tortilla

Arrange thin slices of apples on the tortilla

Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of low-fat granola or other crunchy toppings like walnuts to add healthy fats.

Roll it up and enjoy for a snack anytime. No refrigeration required.
