A well-designed physical activity plan involves consideration of Frequency, Intensity, Time, and Type of activity that will achieve your health goals. You should also consider Volume and Progression when designing a physical activity program to match your health, fitness, and performance goals.

Cardio Taekwondo

Taekwondo, kickboxing, or other martial arts are commonly offered in group exercise settings. It is an appropriately challenging and fun activity that offers an alternative to traditional sport-related training.
