Easy Blender Hummus

Ingredients

garbanzo beans/chickpeas, drained
2⁄3
cup
olive oil
1⁄2
cup
fresh lemon juice

tsp.
ground cumin
1 1⁄4
tsp.
ground cayenne pepper

medium to large
garlic cloves, crushed
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth. Note: it may be necessary to stop the blender and stir the contents once or twice to ensure that all ingredients get blended evenly.
Transfer hummus to a dish, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle cayenne pepper or paprika over the top.
Serve with 100% whole grain pita bread or fresh veggies.
