Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients
1⁄2
cup
frozen berries (fresh fruit of your choice can be used too)
1⁄2
cup
Greek plain yogurt
1⁄3
cup
low-fat granola of your choice
Directions
Spoon half of the granola at the bottom of the cup/bowl. Add the berries on top of the granola. Next, layer the yogurt on top of the berries. Then add the top layer of granola.
Next cover and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
