Grape & Walnut Chicken Salad

cooked chicken (chunks)

seedless green or red grapes (halved)

celery (chopped)
1⁄2

walnuts or pecans (chopped)

green apple
1⁄2
cup
plain low-fat yogurt

low-fat or non-fat mayo
1⁄4
tsp.
salt
1⁄4
tsp.
pepper
Directions
Use leftover cooked chicken and chop it to make 2 cups of chicken pieces.
Chop the celery into small pieces.
Halve the grapes.
Chop the apple into pieces. It’s okay to leave the peel on the apple.
Cut the grapes in half.
Put all the ingredients in a large bowl. Stir together.
Serve on a whole wheat bread as a sandwich; or with whole grain crackers as a snack.
